missing 2018 raster design menu bar

I just loaded AutoCAD 2018 and Raster Design 2018.  When I opened AutoCAD 2018 for the first time, it asked if I wanted to migrate my settings from the previous version and I said yes. I'm from the old school and like the classic view. Anyway, the icons showed up on the toolbar in classic view but when I click on one of them it says "aeciremui61.arx cannot find a dll or other file that it needs".  Unknown command "ISxxxxxREG".  When I switch to Drafting and Annotation there is no menu bar for Raster Design.  How can I get the toolbar to work in classic view or get the menu bar to show up in drafting and annotation ?

Reason # 45176 to NOT use the migration tools.

I suspect the correct support paths for Raster Design are not included in your support file search path (SFSP) now. In fact, I suspect the SFSP includes the paths to the old version of ARD.

Can you check that out?
