Miss all dialog box and everything on display

Hey there guys!

I cant solve the problem with missing dialog box and quite everything what you do expect to see on display in general. Please see file attached below.

For buttons and ribbons :

MAke a CTRL+0 (alpha keyboard, not the numerical one), once. And once again too see 😎

In case, type and enter RIBBON

What is your _RIBBONSTATE ?

If 0

use command RIBBON

If 1

toggle between 1 and 0 with the eyes on the whole screen.

Is somewhat jumping while toggle? Just 1-2 pixel, so it is a really really smal "jump" 😉

Look all around while switching from 1 to 0 and back to 1.
