Migrate user settings from 2018 to 2022 (no longer have access to 2018)

Hello, after renewing my license and having installed Autocad 2022, I decided to uninstall the previous version on my system (2018), considering it has served through its lifespan. Now that I need to use 2022, I need to migrate my user-settings from CUI, scripts and Aliases over from 2018. At the time I was not aware of the Import/ Export user settings utility, so I no longer have access to 2018 to export the settings for me. Is there another way to migrate over my settings? For instance, can the export utility be downloaded seperately?

I recall having copied the files in question over to another  machine with both on 2018, but that wasn't without some issues.

All the automated methods require both software to be in the same machine running as you desire them (aka no issues).

What settings are you trying to migrate exactly?

Aliases, Scripts (& permissions), Toolbars, Filepaths and Hotkeys. I see that older versions can be requested through the Autodesk Virtual Assistent. Since the changes to the licensing policy, I no longer have access to a serial number code as educational user, which is required to get the installer. Mmm.. hitting a wall here.

E: @pendean I managed to grab an installer from there. So now its just a matter of export from 2018 and import in 2022 with the Import/ Export Autocad 20XX Settings, correct?

It appears that the process is more manual work. The migration tool didn't allow me to migrate over the CUI and Aliases, so I replaced the ACAD.pgp file manually and transfererend over the CUI settings from the CUI command. I find it strange that a tool that is supposed to help migrate between versions is not all that capable.
