Is there a way to insert the materials list into the Ribbon in 2013?

Hi @Anonymous, 

 

Collaborating with John we were thinking about a tool palette but you would still need to open up another dialog box to see what materials you would want to use and then assign them. 

 

Is there a particular reason why you want to add it to the ribbon? Would collapsing the Materials Browser and docking it to the right or left of your screen not an option?
