Match properties to one Annotative scale

I often match properties from my annotative dimstyle to older non annotative dim styles and the updated dimension not only takes on the annotation scale from the original dimensions but the current annotative scale of model space. 

I think it would be much easier of the old dimension that is being updated via match properties of a new annotative dimension should ONLY take on the scale of the dimension it is being matched from.

For example I am workign in model sapce at 1" = 1' annotations cale. I bring in a block that has an object with 3" = 1' annotation scale dims. When i match properties to an older block in the drawing it takes on the 3" = 1' of the annotative dimension and it ads the 1" = 1' of model space. I find it very distracting and an inconvenience that it takes on the 1' = 1' annotative scale. If I wanted it to be 1" = 1' I would make a new dimension to reflect model space and match that to the old dims.

Thanks for posting your Idea to the idea board.  This does not look like an A360 Idea, is this for Fusion or something else?
