Dear community,

In the case of a sport/concert hall (10000 seats)  with multiple configurations possible (nearly 15), related to the different activities .

Would you or have you chosen :

To work with one file with Layer groups or  layer states  ?

To work with Xrefs ?

To work with multiple files ( for each configuration a dedicated file) ?

Thank you !

I suggest using multiple files. Simply complete one then copy and rename the copy as another option,

You can use Sheet Set Manager to put them together as one package for easy publishing.

Are you using AutoCAD ARCHITECTURE for your building design?
Or just plain generic AutoCAD?

Got it: see the first reply to your post for the solution (multiple files and XREFs and/or SSM) you can implement right away if you'd rather not risk losing everything should your one single file "with everything in it" every gets corrupted.
