Manage tab not visible in autocad menu

Hi, 

I could not find the MANAGE tab in AutoCAD. I want to go to manage to specifiy keyboard shortcuts.

Change workspace to 2D Drafting and Annotation.

Is this not what you're looking for?

If not and you're just looking to modify your keyboard shortcuts you can also just type "CUI".
