LTScale disaster

I have three xRef plans, level 1,2 &4. I use all the same LTS settings for the drawing center lines, and all of a sudden, the level 4 center lines shows different appearance (larger scale). And then, I xref these plans to my drawings and also use the same LTS settings everywhere, and then when I plot the drawings, Level 1 & 4 plotted the same scale and level 2 is different. Is there something I missed or either me or AutoCAD is crazy?

If the plot scales are all the same in your new drawing, set:
     ltscale to the drawing scale
     psltscale in viewports to "0"
     visretain to "1"
If you will be using different plot scales, set:
     ltscale to "1"
     psltscale in viewports to "1"
     visretain to "1"
NOTE:  While in modelspace and not in a viewport, the lines will all appear to be continuous.  You can set ltscale to an appropriate number while editing, but must change it back to "1" before plotting.

The problem for me is all the xref plans have the same LTS settings everywhere, including the drawing LTScale, the lines LTS, the MEASUREMENT. And all new plans haves the same settings as well but the result is different. I just don't know why this happens and how I can control them.

Could be an override in linetype scale.

Go through each xref and use SETBYLAYER, reset linetype . See if it do anything.

I double checked all the xref plans. The grid line circle in each plan were not the same size, which makes the LTScale look different. So now, after the plans are xreffed in the new drawings, the LTScales are the same. But in the xref plan itself, Z-4 is still look different than the other two. I have uploaded the plans, if you can find out why for me. Thanks.

The definitions for the Centerline are not the same, they came from different sources. You have to correct them by copying one line to another drawing and use Match Properties.

Here are the definitions:

Thx. How did you check that. I loaded the line from acadiso.lin for both files. I reloaded them but nothing changes.

NVM, after I closed the file and re-open it, now the LTScales look the same. Thanks again.

I must overwrote the line type in the drawings that might be why they look the same in the drawings after xreffed.
