Lost Multiple drawing tabs

The drawing tabs that you get near the top left part of the screen has gone missing. I am currently studying how to use AutoCAD so the multiple tabs at the top can be incredibly helpful but currently they are missing; so now if I want to open a new drawing that I want to refer from the old one closes down.

How do I get them back?

File tabs appear to be missing in AutoCAD

or in commandline type FILETAB and press enter
