Loft command resulting in curved surface AUTOCAD3D

As exposed, i am trying to loft two curves into a not curved plane, however i am only capable of getting curved surfaces, but that's not what i intend on getting.

 

In the file in blue there's the two curves as well as the loft that i get, and in red there's the desired path that the plane should follow. Thanks beforehand

This may not be the best answer, but some times straight lines present as curves as per image below. 

 

I would suggest that if you need to have your 'ribbon' maintain a straight line that perhaps it be constructed a different way if that is an option. perhaps you can find the center between the two lines and then sweep a straight line down that centerline.

Your red Line [on the right in my image] does not connect corresponding locations on the two Splines.  I used DIVIDE to place Points dividing both Spline spirals into [arbitrarily] 20 segments [at left in the image].  The green Points divide the larger one, the yellow Points the smaller one.  Your red Line goes from about where mine here does on the larger spiral, at the fourth Point along it downward from the top.  But the corresponding fourth Point along the smaller spiral is where my red Line goes to here:

Your red Line heads for some place closer to the fifth Point down on the smaller spiral.  And your spirals don't go around the same number of times [the larger one about 5-3/4 times, the smaller about 5-1/4 times].  I expect you could get something closer to what you imagine only by having them go around the same number of times, and with their start and end points "aiming" in the same directions relative to the "center" in plan view.

See if the rulesurf command yields what you want. It will connect two curves with straight line in one direction.

It yields the same kind of thing -- their original on the right, RULESURF [with the SURFTAB values both at 200] on the left.

It draws its straight lines between corresponding positions along each curve [you can see that in the image], not from somewhere on one curve to the closest point on the other, which I think is what the OP is hoping for.

Another approach that might have potential, depending on the amount of precision needed, is to define a series of straight lines between the 2 rails and then use loft.

For example, here I have created lines from the outer spline (yellow) and inner spline (cyan) using osnap nearest.

It is important that these red lines appear to be radial when seen in the top view.  For example the selected line is not radial.

With osnap nearest active the end of the line can be slid along the yellow curve to a better position as shown below so that it is pointing towards the center.

Loft is then used to create a surface.  Of course, the more lines used with loft the better the final shape meets the two rails. Note that the goal of having a straight silhouette is met.
