live thumbnail view of model space while in layout space viewport

I'm trying to find the little popup thumbnail view of model space for when I'm scaling, panning, and adjusting details in a model space  viewport - so for example when I zoom a port to a scale, I can see where I'm panning, in order to get the detail near or in the port. I'm not talking (I believe) about the layout thumbnails appearing at the bottom of the screen. UIsed to use this on earlier versions of CAD, but can't find it on 2015. Thanks!!
