So, I am trying to compare every single variable between 2 computers. What is the best way to do this? SETVAR and enter from the beginning to the end?
The reason I want to compare is because I believe I have an issue with one of my computers not matching exactly to another work station.

Hi,
best answer: See Imads reply.
>>"SETVAR and enter from the beginning to the end?"
If you want to use setvar: No. Use GETVAR!
Read the documentation for GETVAR [F1] or just take a look to AutoCAD prompts.
GETVAR<enter>*<enter>
and Excel will help to compare.

Some variables are stored in the drawing, some within styles, some in the Windows Registry and some aren't saved at all when you close your drawing. There's also a lot more of them than you think there are.
You'd probably have better luck describing your issue in detail so someone here could help you with the variables and procedures to solve your problem.
