Lineweights show in model and layout but not in print preview

Hello All

I have setup different line-weights for different text styles such as existing items (wt 0.15) and proposed items (wt 0.35), as well as a heavier weight for the border title (wt 0.70). The border and the border's content are in the "layout".

I can see the different line-weights in all views model and paper. But the actual print preview and paper printout show otherswise.

I have attached screen shot to show what I mean.

"screen shot 1" is shows the full screen with the wt 0.70 in properties.

"screen shot 2" shows the print settings used.

"screen shot 3" shows no multiple line weights.

Please advise how I might be able to proceed so the print matches the views.

Check your plotstyletable.

Or a short test:

Plot without the plotstyletable and DWG to PDF.pc3

Attach etransmit zip file and we can search the problem too.

Hello @Anonymous,

Please attach the file * .dwg, I want to verify layers properties.

Thank you for suggesting not using a plotstyletable.

I used "none" for plot style table then I used other none-OhDOT plot files and all provided good results.

My next step will be contacting OhDOT for feedback.

I don't see a need to send electronic files, but if you think it is still a good idea, please advise.

Best regards

Gabriel

OhDOT?

I dont know, but

If you have the problem only in some plotstyletables, check the setting for Lineweights in this plotstyletable.

For example, an object with color 1(red) in your modelspace or color ByLayer and the layer color is set to 1.

Open the plotstyletable, click to color1, check the value for lineweight.
