Lineweight will NOT display in paperspace no matter what I do

I've been messing with it for at least an hour. I've read like every form on line weight. My drawing, which I'm adjusting the line weight of via the layer properties, is showing line weight in model  space, but not in paper space. A newly inserted block within model space is the only thing that has shown any line weight in my paper space viewport. New lines drawn within the viewport in model space do not show thickness as well as previous lines with edited settings. Please help!!!!!!

There is a Layer Property Override set at Kitchen layout's paper space.

You can spot that by the bottom-right icon:

Or by opening the Layer Properties Manager at Kitchen layout:

To delete it, right click on any layer name or blank (grey) space, select Remove Viewport Overrides for > All Layers > In All Viewports. Finally type REA to regen all.

Additionally, I've set layers 0 and TOPS lineweight to 1.00 mm. to magnify the attached result.

Hi,

In the layer properties manager check the line weight in the layout. It is currently set to 1 as in Model space
