Line in PS

I have a line that is in paperspace, not in a viewport, not in Model Space.  Yet, it can be be deleted in Paperspace for some odd reason.  Anyone ever encounter this situation before.  I really can't provide the drawing, but can show snips.

By the way, all layers are turn on, unthawed, nothing set to no plot, and everything is unlocked? Weird

Don't understand.

You have a line in PS and you can delete this line(like all objects in PS).

What is odd?

I agree with @cadffm -- what's unexpected about being able to delete a Line in paper space?  Did you perhaps mis-type -- did you mean it can't be deleted?

Also, it's not clear to me what the images are supposed to illustrate about it.  There's a red Circle in the first image with a Line in it, but that's not in the red Circle in the second image.
