Leder on circle

Hi guys, I want to make a leader to a which points   twoards the bodrt of the circle. But every time I made one it starts from the ccenter. How can I fix that? Thank you

I think that we still need more clarification for your issue.

As much as i understand ... you may need to check your OSNAP selected options. Make sure that Quadrant snap is activated.

Just uncheck the "Draw dim line between ext lines" in your Dimension Style.

Note there is also an option to select NONE for the center mark.
