Leaders Displaying Behind Viewport

I am unable to bring my leaders above a viewport so that I can see them in the paperspace. I understand that selecting "plot paperspace last" in the plot manager will fix this problem, but I would like to see where my leaders are when I am placing them. I've tried using DRAWORDER, DRAWORDERCTL, and TEXTTOFRONT to fix this problem and none of those work. Any suggestions you have are appreciated!

Please confirm: 

You are in paperspace, 

you create a new mleader... and while you choose your insertion points, you can not see the mleader preview?

(While "paperspace last" is set, but while disabled it works)

Turn on wipeout frames and see if extra shapes show up in front of your leaders.

I am not referring to the leader preview. I am talking about once I have
completed the leader and clicked off it, it shows up behind the viewport.
That's the problem I'm having.

it seems we have the same problem. i'm in the paperspace and my leaders are showing behind the viewport when i point my arrows into anything in the drawings. the leaders show beyond the viewport but when inside the boundary of viewport it shows as behind it.

What year version of AutoCAD/LT are you using? ABOUT command inside the program is the info to share here.

Is this a plotting issue, or a display issue? Or both?

this is Autocad LT 2024.

the annotation leaders which is not annotative is showing behind the elements.

I just noticed that it does this with blocks that has wipeout in them

but is weird that everytime my arrows overlapped them they are behind.

take note my annotations and leaders are in paperspace and are outside the viewport

i dont know why its happening. I just encountered this lately,.

by the way, draw order doesnt work with them. even if i bring to front or above object all my annotations it doesnt work though.

but this annotations appear to be above the objects when printed and no problems at all. its just while drawing you can see where the arrows are pointed though.

and this was not isolated to one autocad software too. each and every PC with CAD it shows the same everytime we open those same files so I can't say this as a graphical issue though. not sure yet unless all our PCs has a problem.

Have you installed the 2024.1.5 Update yet? ABOUT command in your AutoCAD will confirm what you have installed. If not, get it from your Autodesk Account Page here https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/updates
Restart your PC afterwards. Test it again.

If that did not help... Set GFXDX12 variable to 0 (that's a zero) then restart AutoCAD/LT2024: reverting to DirectX11 fixes similar problems for most users.

If still no relief then start GRAPHICSCONFIG command and change the 2D Display Settings pulldown from "advanced mode" to one of the other choices.

The last two tips means your video card/driver is not playing well with your AutoCAD if you are wondering about that.
