Layer not appearing in PS

I'm making some boxes for a class, but my entire hidden lines layer will not show up in PS. I checked, and all my layers are on and thawed. I don't know why this is happening, please help.

Not inside the viewport, you still have one layer frozen in there. Read up about VP layer controls in HELP
