Laptop compatibility

Hello Sir 

I want to ask  that HP I7 with 16 GB ram amd WIN10 is not compatible for autocad 2018 because i purchased a laptop with above confugration and having issue of hanging in this. so i sended it back in care and Hp gives  a  put a mail to us that this laptop is not compatible for autocad so i wanna ask is is it write
