LANGUAGE ISSUE IN THE AUTODESK WINDOW AFTER DOWNLOADING THE ENGLISH VERSION

Hello everyone,

 

i am a student and after downloading cad2019 in English the activation window is appearing with a different language. I am not sure if it is Chinese or Japanese or Korean. I have followed the different prompt in English but the activation screen is in this different language and I have no idea what I am supposed to do.

 

Please help.

Hi,

I would first try to clean uninstall it (>>>click<<<), then download it again from your subscription center (https://manage.autodesk.com) using "Browser Download" and install AutoCAD from that local setup files.

 

>> the activation window is appearing with a different language

Some questions to that:

  • Which language does your Windows have installed?
  • In which country do you sit and started the download
  • Are you using VPN connections to internet or TOR-connections to download/install AutoCAD?

Hello Sir,

I am in the USA. I have Windows 10 pro in English. Once I get my laptop back from Dell (last night it broke down unfortunately unexpectedly) I will follow these steps.
The activation window started in English but at the screen that has the license number it was with one of the Chinese, Japanese or Korean type. Not sure which because I don’t speak any of these languages.
