I need to import base infomation into cadd - what format would be the best - JPEG, TIFF or PDF?
Hello @Anonymous,
All of these are commonly used, TIFF(typically larger file) & JPG are both image files, while PDF is a document file.
It's up to you & what the industry standard is, how large & the settings the file is set to before importing, I recommend a PDF but that is my preference.

A PDF can be a container for a TIFF image. PDFs can contain raster and/or vector data.
