Kudos to acad support team

When my AutoCAD 2014 decided (for reasons unknown) that he was no longer licensed, I was baffled--and unable to complete job the boss expects to have on her desk tomorrow.  Well, ok; I could draw it by hand.  Or...maybe not.

I emailed a generalized distress call to AutoDesk, and spent the day in the field -- Hoping that the data gathered would wind up in a cad file.

I have no idea how they did it, considering the paucity of information I had provided; but I found -- in an email w/ links -- some simple directions which I followed, and which got me up and running in a matter of minutes.

I've heard that AutoCad is "too big to help the average end user."   And I've seen occasional negative feedbak on the forums.  So I thought I'd take the time to say:      THANKS!   to the anonymous support person or persons who were able to get my problem figured out and fixed in less than in a day!

And now, back to work!
