keeping grid text in xref/block vertical when it is rotated

hi,

i would like to create an xref/block (whichever works) of my grid layout. I would like to copy and rotate it for my elevations and clip to suit. however i cant seem to get the text to stay vertical/upright/readable etc. what is the best way to achieve it?

ultimately i would like something that can be rotated and the text will not rotate with it but stay within the grid bubble.

There is no ability to do that with XREFs.

This post explains how someone accomplished what you are referring to with Dynamic Blocks by setting what is called a rotation parameter (video) which rotates all entity's except the attributes.
