Issues with LTSCALE from Model to Paperspace

I recently changed the LTSCALE for some of my dashed lines to 150 so the dashes could appear more noticeable in the Model. However, when I look in Paperspace the size of the dashes are much too large (see images below). I've tried a couple of different suggestions that I've seen online but nothing seems to fix it. Any suggestions would be very appreciated.

if you never need to plot in model tab then leave the ltscale alone.

if you only have one vport in layout tab then you can always turn off psltscale = 0 then ltscale value will always govern in both model & layout tab
