Issue with exporting to PDF, quality drops showing Strange lines

Hi, I am using Autocad for some drawings. When exporting to PDF I am losing quality with this particular item where jaggy lines appear when zoomed in. Any way to fix this issue? Have a look at the picture below, highlighted in the orange is the issue I am talking about.

Any help is appreciated.

And how are you "exporting" to PDF?

What PDF output are you using?

What settings?

What version of Autocad are you using?

File, Export, PDF, PDF Preset High Quality Print.
I am on AutoCad 2018.
Page setup DWG to PDF, IsoA3.

I am an amateur at AutoCad... haha

How close are you zooming in to those orange-highlight areas and would anyone other than you really and truly do that? Either make them bigger so they stand out (you will need to change your plot scale and change all the text size) or just go on with your day IMHO.

At your plotted scale it's always going to be a blob.
