I'm trying to isolate a small area on a drawing but some other areas are highlighting on the other side of the drawing and when I try to hide them areas I'm trying to isolate disappear.

Hi,

>> I'm trying to isolate a small area on a drawing

Can you tell us about the way the you follow for isolating?

>> but some other areas are highlighting on the other side of the drawing

Maybe because you're treating with a block.

>> when I try to hide them areas I'm trying to isolate disappear.

Can you explain more this part please?

@softwareuserQJKWB You either need to XREF this file into another file then use XCLIP command to clip and show only the area you want to show.
Or you need to create a viewport in a layout inside this DWG file to do what you seek.
