iso-dashed arc doesn't print if the block is in cm then scaled to meters

Hi,

I have some doors blocks created in cm, on layer 0, all byblock except the opening arc and ending position of the leaf that are ACAD_ISO02W100.
When I insert (and scale) them in a drawing in meters, the iso-dashed lines are all visible, but when I print it the dashed arcs are not printed in the pdf (the lines are!). What the hell is happening?

Note: all the dashed elements are in the same layer, with the same dash scale, I also managed to print an ellipse's arc but not the standard arcs!
