I am trying to hyperlink my Autocad to an External document and share with a Third Party who doesn't have access to my Personal Computer but the files are then unreadable as they do not have my relative path information is there a way around this?

Unfortunately Etransmit will not take hyperlinked documents into account.

You can always place the external documents in the same location as the .dwg and link the hyperlink to that location. When the third party receives a folder with both the .dwg and the linked document, it should work since the relative path and location are the same for him as for you.

If I PDF the Dwg with the relevant hyperlinks and documents within the same folder will it still work if I want to share with a Third Party?

Without having tried it out, I suppose the hyperlinks should still work, if they have a relative path in the .dwg and if both are accessible for the third party.

You can test it relatively easy.
