Let me explain my question. I want to draw a line that displays its lenght, below itself,  after it has been drawn, furthermore there being a pop-up window asking for a dynamic attribute to be entered. Basically to work as a block with static and dynamic attributes. Is there a way to do that with AutoCAD or with the help of some 3rd party software.

Isn't this the answer? Or maybe you aren't familiar with dynamic blocks, yet?

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

Something like this? If you change the value in distance1 the line will lengthen and the attribute label will update.

Not exactly as you described, but you can use dynamic block to do this.
