Using AutoCAD MEP 2018 when inserting objects they seem to go to way over the far right hand side of the drawing everytime? Anyway to fix this? Only seems to be happening in certain drawings.

After it's inserted if you click on it is the base point way off to the side? If it is the base point of that block got moved so every time you insert it, it goes way off because of the basepoint. If the basepoint is where it is supposed to be in other drawings when you put in the same block it would insert how it is supposed too because it would be using the block already in that drawings definitions.

Rotated UCS by chance in these few drawings?
or annotative scale is different?
Or these files already contain objects with similar names but with very different parameters?

Or you could just fix the few drawings by INSERTing them into working-just-fine template files, exploding, and SAVEAS to replace them.

The base point is correct but the object its self is way off to the right. Also if I change the scale of the object it will jump way back over to the right again.

UCS?
Annotative scale works fine, the object can be inserted fine into other drawings and they work as intended.

I would fix them just by reinserting but these are quite large drawings with 100-1000s of other objects in them.
The names are all quite different.

maybe this will help.

Without your block and your file we can only through guesses at you: ready to go beyond the guess? Post each as DWG files.

I had to add base point parameter to the block which has fixed the issue. Oddly haven't had to do that with other blocks.
