Thanks for your file.

Let's talk about all of your rookie mistakes so you can start avoiding them in the future:

  1. Why is your modelspace not drawn at 1:1 scale? or is it not supposed to be units=inches, but something else? A typical door in your plan is over 827 inches in width (that is 68-feet wide).
  2. Are you assuming the table STANDARD is already pre-set and pre-defines for you to use? All the text in your plan is drawn at 200-inches high (over 16.5 feet) but your tablestyle has your text size set at well under one inch (0.18 to be precise).
  3. Your columns/rows settings of 6 and 8 are not going to be very big in the giant not-correctly-scales floor plan.

Looks to me like you need to start over: what is your intended units, inches or mm, cm, meter, feet or something else? Then scale your drawing correctly to 1:1 in modelspace. Then we can revisit your TABLE settings as defined with TABLESTYLE command.

I did it as requested by my instructor, so any rookie mistakes are on their
part not mine and I can’t change things like that when that’s how it has to
be done. I’ll figure it out.

Reach out to your instructor for additional guidance then: playing the blame-game is not how it is done, something got missed by them or you and it needs to get corrected.

Read #2 and #3 in my last reply on how to fake-it to match your out-of-scale drawing in the interim.

Good luck.

There was no blaming, just explaining that it’s been done as the assignment
requested and that’s why those things can’t be changed 🙂 ##- Please type
