I would like to ask, what type of tasks are given in the autoCAD certification exam (multiple choice questions, creation of a practical drawing...)

Thanks in andvance.

I last took the exam in April 2021. It was multiple-choice in nature. In Previous years there were practical application aspects.

I would recommend checking out the resources from Autodesk to get a better idea. Regardless of the testing format, if you know the material, you should be able to pass. That said, it is fairly thorough. You'll need to know about aspects of the application that you may not use on a daily basis or that you may have committed to muscle memory etc. What I struggle with is explicitly knowing where and how to make a change as opposed to clicking through an remembering while I'm working in the program.
