Incremental Revision symbols/Automatic revision symbol update

Hi,

Can anyone help me finding a feature called Incremental revision system/callout where if we make a change to the Autocad model, it will automatically popup as a revision change/balloon callout/normal callout in the layout sheet.

Please help/provide suggestion on how to use this feature if this feature is available.

Can you illustrate your question with a picture or some snapshot of how it would look like in model and how needs to change in paper space?
