incompatible or missing plot style when printing form xerox altalink c8035

We installed a new Xerox printer(Alta link c8035). And now when we print from autocad it prints a blank page for a larger file with the error message "incompatible or missing plot style" and for a smaller file it prints and still gives the error message "incompatible or missing plot style"

Is there something we needed to change to make this work?

Hi,

May I ask what difference exists now between smaller and larger files? For me the error message looks like the same, any copy & paste error?

When you get the information about a defect plot style, simply select a different one or create a new one and try it with that ... better?

The only difference is we changed printers. Everything we were doing is still the same.

Fortunately the issue is resolved. We enabled enhance printing features on our Xerox machine and now we can print

Thank you.

Hi,

>> The only difference is we changed printers.

Well, then you need to create a new PC3 file!

Well, that's luck that the printer understands the same configuration "language".
