Importing CAD File comes in misconfigured

I am importing a CAD file and when it is imported it does not show up correctly.  See attached pictures; (1) is a PDF of the file which shows the correct configuration and (1) is a snapshot of what it looks like in AutoCAD.  What is a fix for this? or what could be causing these issues?

Your PDF has no vector-based content, so AutoCAD will only import that content as a picture/pictures.

here is how you can tell so as never to make this error again, open the PDF and zoom in real close. When the edges go fuzzy like your do, you cannot import them

The PDD content must be crisp and clean (like the only two items in that PDF) when you zoom in

See the difference?

If you desperately need those items as CAD content, you'll have to purchase a 3rd party software that can handle RASTER TO VECTOR conversions, aka convert a picture to lines/text in DXF/DWG format. AutoCAD has no such ability.

Thanks for the response!  It is greatly appreciated.  I understand that you will not be able to import a PDF. into CAD, but the program that I am using to generate these images allows me to export them as both a PDF and a DWG. file - I run into this problem as I import the DWG. file into AutoCAD; it does not appear in AutoCAD as it does in the the PDF.  The PDF. file that was originally attached was generated from the program I used to make it; the PNG file is just a snapshot of what the DWG. file looks like in AutoCAD for me.  Do you happen to know why this would be happening?

You'll have to share your actual DWG file here then, your PNG was not informative enough for a diagnosis.

Try that other program's support to see what else it can do, from what you've shared here, it appears to be very limited. AutoCAD only imports what that program created as is, it make no changes somehow during the action of opening.
