Hi @Anonymous,

I see that you are visiting as a new member. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

I took one of the sample files and exploded all the blocks in it. Try this to see if it comes into SketchUp better.  I don't have a copy to try it on here but perhaps this is the issue.

I see that the manufacturer is using a lot of Regions instead of 3D solids so perhaps that too might be part of the issue.

Please let me know the results.

You need to be asking in the SketchUp forums here https://forums.sketchup.com/, as Autodesk does not hostt support for another company's products, even if your objects pass through Autodesk software.

Are you using SKetchUp PRO, the paid version, or the freebie 'make' variant? Read here about what can and cannot be imported into SketchUp from AutoCAD plus other tips https://help.sketchup.com/en/article/3000165

Hi @Anonymous,

Yes, it appears that SketchUp doesn't like regions. Try this drawing. I converted the elements to Surfaces and then use SurfSculpt to turn much of it into solids. The parts that aren't watertight needed to be smoothed and then given a thickness to make them solids. Once this was complete it came into SketchUP
