Import Workspace Settings from previous version of AutoCAD

Hello guys

I have had AutoCAD Architecture 2018 installed on my machine whilst I was away from my desk at a presentation. I didn't get a chance to save my workspace settings from the version of AutoCAD 2018 that I was running but I do have a copy of this on my laptop at home.

Is there a way of transferring or importing my workspace settings form my home laptop to my work machine?

Would appreciate the help here.
