The Architectrual dimention reads incorrectly after I open the exported .dwg file from Rhinoceros V5. I tried using different Dimstyle, but no luck. I attached TEST.ZIP file that contains Autocad and Rhinoceros V5 files.
The actual dimention and the dimention tag don't match.
