I want to make dimlinear dimension stop move around (I want to make dimension set at the middle of the dimlinear)

From file A.dwg, dimlinear -> it show as attache video file, it moves around.

I tried to change dimstyle, but nothing worked.

so I opend B.dwg file (B.dwg dimlinear dimension stops at the middle of the line.) and attached A.dwg drawing and save as C.dwg. Now at c.dwg, original A.dwg drawing dimlinear dimension stops at the middle. 

In file A. which things do I need to set to make dimlinear dimmension stops at the middle.

I have changed it but it does not work with the file A. 

The file B, it works as you mentioned.

Perhaps you tested it with the wrong dimension type? (I can't read what kind of sub-style you edited in your image),

share a.dwg is the best option to get help.

Patchy solution is also the right one for file a - 100%, but you have to do it in the right dim(sub)style - or in all dimstyles
