I'm having issues paying for my online AutoCAD Certification

Hello guys, hope u are all doing great. I have an issue I wish a could get help with. I reside in Ghana; Africa and I want to undertake the AutoCAD professional certification online. The issue is payment can't be processed on the OnVue dashboard. Anyone here who can help fix this issue will be much appreciated.

I chose VISA card and I'm having issues.

I have contacted Peason Support but it seem the offline option is the only one available. Pls can someone help me with where I can buy the voucher and apply for the Autocad professional certification. Thanks
