I don't know which softwere or programe I should use to design a 3d street workout park ( like the image below ) ? please help me.

If your pictures show the maximun complexity then you might use every CAD system with minimalistic 3D functionality (just cylinder and extrusions, I don't see anything else critical).

So I can't say any specific product can do that better than another, it could start with the free SketchIp (>>>click<<<) as well as an AutoCAD alternative package, AutoCAD or Inventor or Fusion 360, or ... a lot of CAD systems can do that.

The question is then maybe more interesting: do you know any software working 3D? Do you have one? Or do you know someone working 3D who might help you during the first CAD-steps?
