I can't find the area between two lines

I use CAD 2016. When i use utilities/measures or use shortcuts dist and area, the box with results don't appear and not happens.

Where is your commandline? That's where ths area will be listed once you finish defining the area and hit <enter> on your keyboard.

I found the commandline clicking on ctrl + 9! Thank you so much!
