I can not remember how to do this.  I have all my stuff set up so I don't have to worry about doing that.  If you see on the attachment that I posted I'm changing my viewport around.  I want the white to follow the viewport and can't remember how to change that.

Right-click on the Layout's tab, and pick Page Setup Manager.  With the appropriate Layout name highlighted, pick Modify..., and in the Plot area area, What to plot: pull-down, pick Window and define one using the corners of the Viewport.
