hpdia0200w authentication error

Hello everybody!

Yesterday, I downloaded form Autodesk web page a copy of Autocad 2016 (Educational Version); after installation, the software ask me to authenticate the prodocut, so I've to login to Autodesk Account, but i receive the error "HPDIA0200W Authentication failed. You have used an invalid user name, password, or client certificate". From web page of Autodesk I've no problem to login. I tried to change password but didn't word. Can someone help me? Thanks to all.

Hi I also have a HPDIA0200W problem. I tried to check how to transfer the licence to enable me to work from home & can not import the licence back into Inventor 2014. The version is registered to the company. any suggestions.
