How to wrap a 3d object around a curved face

I need help in how to best wrap an object around a curved surface. I know how to produce simple 3d object but do not know how to bend extruded objects around onto a multi curved surface.

I have attached a file to assist in understanding my issue.

Using AutoCAD 2022

Any help Welcomed

Thanks in advance

You probably want to press your logo against the curved surface of the wall, don't you? There is no easy way to do this. For visualization, I would extrude the logo in depth and cut it (_slice _surface command) with a curved surface at the back and front.

Or create a solid as an offset from the wall surface, increase the thickness of the logo, and then find the intersection of the logo and this offset wall (_intersect).

It's not a fair method, but that's what everyone does. In real life, this logo will most likely be made flat, and it will be flexible enough to bend and stick to the wall.

By the way, did you use the Cross-Piece command to design the wall framing?

AVCPlugins, Thank you for your reply.

I did consider extude the logo through the surface and slice it as you mentioned. My thoughts would be that the image would look a tad odd as it would not be curved but drawn straight through the front of the curve. You are correct in the expectation that in the real world the logo will be flexable enough to wrap around the unit. I really wanted to be able to represent the finished item in CAD.

I did not use the "Cross-Piece" command to produce the frame, is it a plugin?. I have checked that command out and I do not have that. I did it via drawing one single verticle and the "interfere" command and then draw the block half way throught the intersected part. I then used"solid subtract" command to remove the desire portion and the copied each one and rotated it to match the front edge. I only did half and then "Mirror" command to complete the verticle frames. I used the same process the produce the cutouts in the horizontal parts then copied them up to complete the frame.

I've been looking for a way to draw curved logos for a long time since they actually bend. It is especially difficult to make a bend on the surface of the cone. It's good that you brought this topic up - maybe someone will have better ideas than mine.
Yes, AVC Cross-Piece (youtu.be/D6xHj3l8IY0) is a plugin. Looks like you're doing exhibition stands like me. And in this case, AVC plugins are created especially for you and will be extremely useful to you. In particular, such a wall can be cut from a whole solid with the AVC Slice (ASL) command in just 10 seconds and then all the frame joints can be made in 1 click !! Feel the difference with what you described.
