How to transform a flat block into flat oblique bloc

Hi,

I know there is a command to transfer dimensions into oblique dimensions.

I am wondering if there is a way to transform a normal flat bloc into a flat oblique bloc?

look for a lisp called isoblock.  I do not have access to it at the moment or I would attach it.

It will take a 2D block and set it up into various ISO projections.  Simple to use seems to work with old and current versions of acad.
