The XYZ drawing and Xref drawings are on ftp server folder. (Xref drawings are at different paths on ftp) Now User “A” works in XYZ drawing and attaches many Xref drawings and saved. If the user “B” OR ”C” accesses XYZ drawing then Xref drawings are not found. (User A = Computer 01) (User B=Computer 02) (User C=Computer 03)

Ftp? Bring your xrefs back down to Earth and store them locally where users A, B and C can access them freely. Your ftp should only be a temporary repository for moving files from here to there, not a home for your xrefs. It's like restaurant valet parking--you do your food business and when you're done, you go home with your car.

I would recommend moving the files from the FTP site to a networked server. I'm guessing that might not be an option.

I'm also guessing that what might be happening is that the xrefed files have a different path name on the other users computers because they have called the FTP site path something different?? I would start with that.

Make sure the files are attached and not overlays.

The path to the xrefs must be exactly the same on each machine.  Mappings to a common drive letter can have different paths on different machines, e.g. IP address vs share name.

VPN is probably the worst option for working on files remotely.

As others have mentioned, the drive mapping may be different on the machines that are not seeing the XREFs.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

Store your xrefs locally, on a server in a project folder.  Attach your xrefs as relative.  As long as nobody moves your xrefs all users will be able to open and work on said drawing without issue.
