How to solve dynamic block stretch & array in autocad?

See this insert drawing above.

On my dynamic block (see attached drawing - leftside is section cut of steel rail and on the right hand side is a top view plan).

Here's my problem:  On my drawing I shown a regular 5' lenght in plan view.  Included on drawing is the linear parameter together

with array & strerch command.  But when you do the testing of  this drawing it wouldn't show the precise drawing condition codition.

When you stretcht the drawing the for the typical gusset in between it would the equal distance at the endside.  Please I need you help.
