How to remove overlapping between 3d solid and surface?

Is there any command like "bring to front, send to back, etc" (draw order) in this case?

I've tried rendering but the result shows that overlapping still exist.

I think you will need a small (practically negligible) distance between the both objects. Move the roof (surface) upwards or shorten the height of the wall.

My first choice would be to do as @j.palmeL29YX  suggests, move the roof vertically a short distance.

You could also define a UCS using points 1, 2, and 3 in the image below and the create a big box on the UCS's XY plane that covers the portion of the wall poking through the roof.  Then subtract the box from the wall.
