how to permanently turn off Plot log for every file

I never need a plot lot.  I've unchecked "Automatically save plot and publish log" under the Plot and Publish tab of the Options dialogue box but still get plot logs generated for some files.  How do I make it so plot logs are never generated for any file?

There are *two* locations where the plot log is enabled.  One is directly under the Plot and Publish tab, the other is nested a couple of levels deep under the Plot stamp => Advanced settings.

I have both unchecked but still get lots of plot logs.  Are there any other hidden options?
